We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, the Part(s) must:

  • Be unused and not fitted or installed
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be in the original packaging, with all components included
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

IMPORTANT:
Any Part(s) that have been fitted, used, or show signs of installation will not be eligible for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

Part(s) sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If you receive:

  • A damaged Part(s)
  • A faulty/defective Part(s)
  • An incorrect Part(s)

Contact us immediately with:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Your order details

We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE PART(S)

The following Part(s) are non-returnable:

  • Special order or custom Part(s)
  • Electrical Part(s) (unless proven faulty)
  • Part(s) that have been fitted, used, or modified
  • Hazardous materials, fluids, or gases
  • Clearance / sale items
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure about a specific Part(s), please contact us before purchasing.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get the correct Part(s) is to:

  1. Return the original Part(s) (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order for the correct Part(s)

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Returned Part(s) must:

  • Be unused
  • Not fitted or installed
  • In original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is up to 10 business days
